CareGate is a free service designed exclusively to facilitate the exchange of business and clinical information between and among physicians, clinicians, and other health care professionals in the Texas Health Resources family of hospitals.

Access to CareGate is free for affiliated physicians and their staff members. Full access privileges may be obtained through our simple account registration process. If you need further information, call the ITS Service Desk at 800-306-4690.

The Texas Health Research & Education Institute offers more than 100 no-fee activities for Continuing Medical Education credit. The institute's catalog also lists regularly scheduled conferences and other CME activities.

  • To search for available course listings (WBT) / scheduled offerings (ILT):

    • Go to Find Learning
    • Enter a keyword or course title
    • Click on Go
If you are a CareGate physician, you should log into CareGate and access the "EHR Training" icon in the "EHR Training & Communication" section of your CareGate home page.
